Econic for renewable heat initiatives

Flexible finance scheme for renewable energy projects is now available to remove a requirement for an initial capital outlay.

The capital outlay needed at the outset for the installation of a renewable energy system can be a hurdle for some projects.

Asset Finance & Management Ltd. which is a joint venture by Dimplex and AFM that partners with Econic Ltd, offers a viable alternative to cash purchase via an asset finance instalment option. This reduces the possible barrier of up front capital expenditure, and can also assist by matching cost against actual benefit and deliver significant tax and VAT efficiencies. Renewable Energy Finance is available for air, ground and water heat pump systems and solar energy systems. Other renewable technologies may be able to be included by agreement.

Asset Finance & Management Ltd was established in 1992 and has in excess of £50 million in assets and, with over 100 corporate and public sector customers, it is able to deliver financing solutions across a diverse budgetary range.
